Custom & Personalized Items

All personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

This includes any item with a custom name or special request.

Please double-check all spelling and details before placing your order, as we will create your item exactly as entered.

Non-Custom Items

We accept returns on non-personalized items within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

• Item must be unused and in original condition
• Customer is responsible for return shipping

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

• Your order number
• A photo of the issue

We will make it right as quickly as possible.
